Originally from North Carolina USA, he has a Bachelor of Arts degree from, North Carolina, further MBA studies from the University of Washington and is a Certified Master Coach and a member of the International Coaching Council.

His connection with Korea goes back more than 25 years. During this time he has developed a refined expertise in helping multinational companies and leaders succeed in the region. Over the past 12 years he has focused on the business development and marketing to cover the 5 main industries that McKinney Consulting specializes in. In addition, he is an executive coach to senior level executives. Prior to his executive search experience he spent over 11 years in senior level positions as the Head of Footwear Product Development-globally for Adidas, Reebok positions and others.

Mr. McKinney is also a Certified Master Coach and a member of the International Coaching Council. In addition, he serves on the boards of the American Chamber of Commerce-Korea as Governor; The Korea Foreign Schools Foundation as Governor; The Seoul Honorary Citizens Council as Vice President, and received the distinction of Honorary Citizen of Seoul in 2007.

Originally from Busan, Korea Mr. Ha earned a bachelor’s degree in material Science from Busan National University of Technology in southern Korea did further studies at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. USA.

Mr. Ha is the research team leader & senior consultant, and contributes to the operational aspects of the organization. He specializes in the Financial, Automotive/Manufacturing and Technology industries and in senior level positions. He has over 12 years of experience within the executive search industry. Mr. Ha is one of the original founding members of McKinney Consulting.
