McKinney Consulting proudly celebrates its tenth anniversary in 2011. While the struggle to realize our aspirations hasn’t always been easy, it has always been worth doing. Many things have changed over the last ten years, but the most important things, our commitment to excellence in executive search, executive coaching and our desire to earn the trust of our clients through a positive attitude, imagination and courage through execution, will never change. These are the pedestal of our business.

We are as interested and focused on the success of our clients today, ten years later, as we were the day we started. The McKinney Consulting strength as a boutique search firm, (private ownership) specializing in placing bi-lingual candidates for multinational companies in Korea/Asia coupled with our global reach as members of the Worldwide Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) has served our clients well. This structure combined with the implementation of the “golden rule” and adhering to the highest level of professionalism in our industry has been the secret to our success in meeting the needs of our clients.
